We have seven mares at this time. Cassey and Hickory are both light palomino mares and are trail mares. Cassey is a direct daughter of Missouri Cassey Jones and Hickory is a direct daughter of Rex’s Golden Trigger. Hickory foaled a beautiful dark golden palomino colt (that may be showing dun signs) on May 16, 2006, but will now take a year or so off breeding so she can be ridden more often. Maxi is our grulla coming two year old Model class winning filly out of Playboy’s Country Boy, and Trouble is our HZ black coming two year old filly out of Travelin’ Trouble. We also have a bay sabino out of Go Boy’s Jock. She is also a riding mare that we will breed from time to time. We have 2 new mares, both black. One is the daughter of Eliminator’s Rising Son and out of Zane Grey breeding on the bottom, and the other is a daughter of Mr. Funnybones (Perfection bred top and bottom.) These mares were not in the best shape when we arrived to pick them up and will need som TLC for a while to build some weight and have some hoof and vet care. But we can see the potential underneath the problems and are pleased that we were there to take them away from the neglect of their last home.

As you can see, we have some very nice representatives from outstanding bloodlines. Although you do not ride the papers, it is important to have the best breeding you can afford and the good bloodlines need to be up front, not way back in the 5th and 6th generations. All of our mares foxtrot naturally and are beautifully built. We believe they will all cross nicely with Future to put some outstanding foals on the ground in the coming years.
